GeoGens calculates Pearson's r for each time block from 45,000 BCE to 1,000 CE. All pairings use fully evaluable cases: a missing marker basis is not counted as zero. The 95% CI is a Fisher z approximation; p and q values are not reported because the cases are not independent spatially, temporally, or across relatedness. No control for time, space, study, coverage, culture or relatedness. The most robust method uses Morgan/Lona-Durazo (strict) for hair colour, Lona-Durazo/Sulem (strict) for eye colour, Liu/Jacobs (strict) for skin pigmentation and Yengo 2022 (PGS) for height. Positive skin values mean lighter skin. The light-complexion map view shows an individual combination index; statistical r is calculated only in the correlation analysis.
