Withdrawal Information

Statutory withdrawal right in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and United Kingdom

If you are habitually resident in the EU, EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Linus Ammer, trading as Abakos-Systeme, Schönrain 10, 84152 Mengkofen, Germany, telephone +49 152 27640571, email gggeogens.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Australia and New Zealand

Australia and New Zealand do not provide a general statutory cancellation or return right for this one-off digital purchase merely because the customer changes their mind. GeoGens does not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind period.

All mandatory remedies for faults, misleading statements or lack of conformity remain available, in particular the consumer guarantees and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act.

Canada

There is no single Canada-wide general cancellation right for this one-off digital purchase merely because the customer changes their mind. All mandatory rights of the purchase province remain fully effective.

In particular, provincial law may allow cancellation where required pre-contract disclosures or an opportunity to correct errors were missing, the contract copy was not supplied on time, or supply did not begin on time. An unequivocal notice may be sent to gggeogens.eu or Paddle. Where applicable law requires fifteen days, a refund that is due will be initiated no later than that period.

End of the withdrawal instruction

The following sections are no longer part of the statutory withdrawal instruction. They explain the early loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content, the electronic withdrawal function and the model withdrawal form.

Early loss of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right is lost where performance has begun after you expressly requested supply before the withdrawal period expired, acknowledged that this causes the right to be lost and received a contract confirmation on a durable medium.

GeoGens obtains the request for immediate supply and acknowledgement of loss in two separate, unticked declarations.
