Refund rules for the one-off purchase of GeoGens – Personal Ancient DNA Comparison.
Effective: 9 September 2026Full refund within 14 days
A buyer will receive a full refund if they request it within 14 calendar days of purchase. Paddle processes the refund as merchant of record.
Statutory rights and digital content
Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected and take priority. For digital content supplied immediately, an applicable statutory withdrawal right may expire after the customer expressly requests performance before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledges the loss of that right, receives the contract confirmation and performance begins.
Requesting a refund
A request may be submitted through buyer support at https://paddle.net, through the support link on the Paddle receipt, or with the order or transaction number to gggeogens.eu. Paddle's then-current Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy applies.
Effect of a refund
Full rescission revokes the associated online entitlement. Locally downloaded files cannot technically be erased remotely and may no longer be used after rescission.
